Welcome to my Fine Art studio style Pet Pawtraits.
These limited Pet Pawtrait mini sessions are only available throughout June, July and August and are perfect for capturing the unique personality of your pet, in a 30 minute photo session here in my Drouin studio, or I can come to you and set up in your home so there’s no need to travel with your pet. This is perfect if your pet gets anxious away from home, or doesn’t travel well. Each session is designed to be fun and we aim to capture your pets true character and expression.
On arrival, we will take a few moments to let your pet relax in the space, and when comfortable, we will make some magic. With over ten years experience working with pets of all shape and sizes, you can rest assured I know what it takes to get the best from your pet.
Pets of all kinds are welcome! Dogs, Cats, Bunnies, Chookies, Birds of all sorts, Ferrets, Lizards, Snakes you name it. If you love your pet, then so do we!
We have cute props available and all the things needed to make your session a success, with a very pet friendly, quite atmosphere. Treats and toys are available as well as a few special blingy pieces if you fancy some extra flair.
What to expect during your Pet Pawtrait session...
On arrival, the studio will be open, so you can come straight in. Please make sure your pet is on a lead or in a suitable carrier when entering the studio and remains on the lead while in the studio, this is so we can maintain their attention so they don’t get distracted by all the smells in the studio.
Most pets don’t take long to get used to the surroundings, but we will let your pet settle in for a few minutes while we chat and finalize the details. We will then take some gorgeous photos of your pet/s which takes around 30 mins or so.
Alternatively, I can bring the studio to you! This is perfect if your pet gets anxious away from home or coming to my studio is a bit far to travel with your pet. You need to have a space within your home with enough room for me to put up my portable backdrop and lighting equipment and for me to be able to photograph at a distance of 5 or 6 meters. So a floor area of 3 meters by 6 meters minimum is required. It might mean moving a little furniture or working in the garage, either way, we can make it work.
Either way, straight after your photo shoot, we will go through the images for you to choose and purchase what you might like.
Cost to you...
Your Pet Pawtrait photo session in my studio booking fee is $150. This is payable at the time of booking and includes your photo session with one or two pets, and your photo reveal and purchasing session straight after the shoot while you are still in the studio. Photographs are purchased separately on the day you visit, with prices starting at $100 for a 5 inch x 7 inch matted photo and frames and canvases from $405 up $1035.
Each printed photograph purchased comes with the corresponding digital file at no charge to you. The files are sent to you via direct download and your printed photos can be posted to you with tracking. The postage price to be quoted depending on products being sent, and goods will be posted within two to three weeks of your session. Alternatively, they will be available for pick up.
I can come to you…For an in-home studio session your investment is a $600 booking fee, which includes the travel and in home studio set-up fee, your 30 minute in-home studio session and your photo reveal and purchasing appointment straight after the session. Photos are purchased separately as mentioned above.
